Dr Herr and the staff here have been wonderful to me. I've been going here more than 4 years. There have been problems yes but there have been problems with everyone now and again. I'm alive and that is what counts more than anything. I get to see anothrr day and that is what is important! Thank you Dr Herr and staff.

Dr Her has been my Primary Care dr for many years. HE IS THE GREATEST DR!! So is his Staff! If I lived far, I would travel the distance to keep him as my dr!! I saw Dr Fadeel only once & he also was a GREAT DR, eased my concerns and was very personable, as was his staff! I give those 2 doctors and their Staff 7 STARS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Probably one of the best medical clinics I’ve been to. Granted the area surrounding it is not as nice as other places but so far the service is great. The staff is really friendly. They always take the time to speak to me and REALLY get to know me. They’re also very on Covid regulations making sure you don’t go in unless you’ve been evaluated for Covid. My primary card doctor, Michael Her, is informative, patient and nice. He’s always asking what else I need and is very clear. Another plus is the clinic has availability often. I don’t have an issue with finding a slot. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s new.

Receptionists, nurses, and Dr's are very friendly, always greets you with a smile, and a Hello. Wait time in lobby is very short. It is a very clean office in front and back offices. Drs are very thorough in their examinations. Let's you talk, not just them. Have been with them for many years, wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Optum as an healthcare provider organization is top of the line. Their processes are professionally well-designed and have accommodations for just about every condition. Their doctors and nurses are courteous and attentive to your needs. Their support staff does all the pre-appointment steps necessary and post appointment follow ups. Refilling prescriptions are just as easy as a phonecall to get done. I would definitely recommend Optum network all around.

This is a very nice and friendly doctor's office and I never dread going to the doctor here. They really care about their patients and I can talk to my doctor like he is my friend!

Dr. Caluya is the best! He is a great listener, take care of me, compassionate, caring, have a lot of patience and most importantly he always come in with a great attitude and makes me comfortable .
